Adult skills

Keir Training & Recruitment (Keir) has secured funds to deliver short and vocational courses to unemployed adults or those in low income jobs (including part-time).

Funds can be accessed by unemployed individuals or employers seeking to improve the skills levels of their low paid / entry level staff leading to higher level career development opportunities. The Adult Education Budget (AEB) can help kick-start / progress careers. It’s a government-funded programme that can be accessed by employers and individuals to fund a huge range of training. It’s a great resource for employers to upskill their workforce and support staff with their career progression.

Eligibility

Eligibility to access Government funds will be checked before the individual programme starts.
