Founded in 2017, Keir has trained and supported thousands of people throughout the Greater South East and West Midlands in a wide range of sectors on behalf of businesses, both Large and SME’s. We provide innovative training and recruitment solutions for organisations by tailoring our services to the employer’s and employee’s needs, helping establish a professional fully trained workforce.
Keir has a straight-forward approach to transforming businesses by up-skilling their current employees, helping them to recruit new talent or supporting them through the process of hiring an apprentice. All of our courses may be suitable for UK Government funding support, providing a supported cost-effective way to provide high-quality training within the workplace.
Alternatively, we support businesses with commercial training solutions to develop talent pools.

At induction on to any of our programmes all learners and employers will be given an induction into Safeguarding and the actions to take in case of any concerns.
