London Talent Pathways Programme

Level 3 Qualifications for Your Future
Applications are now open for the 2026/27 academic year.

Keir Training and Recruitment is pleased to offer eligible learners the opportunity to study Level 3 qualifications through the London Talent Pathways Programme (LTP), supported by the Greater London Authority (GLA).

Our programmes are designed to help learners develop their knowledge, skills and professional qualifications in areas supporting adults, children, young people and families.

Courses Available

Level 2/3 Adult Care
Develop the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in adult care and support settings.

Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce
Develop the skills and knowledge needed to support children, young people and families in a range of professional settings.

Level 3 Residential Childcare
Develop the professional knowledge and skills required to support children and young people in residential childcare settings.

Level 3 Early Years
Develop your knowledge and skills to support children’s learning, development, health and wellbeing within early years settings.

Who Can Apply?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 19 or over
  • Are ordinarily resident in London
  • Are a UK or Irish citizen, or hold an eligible immigration status
  • Meet the relevant funding and qualification eligibility requirements

Dependants of Skilled Worker visa holders may also be eligible, subject to the applicable funding and eligibility requirements. Eligibility will be confirmed as part of the enrolment process. Additional funding and qualification requirements may apply.

 

Course Delivery

Our programmes are designed to provide flexible learning alongside tutor support.

Delivery includes:

  • Online learning with tutor support
  • One live online session each week
  • One face-to-face session each month
  • Duration: approximately 6 months

The programme uses interactive, tutor-based learning, including agreed tutor-based distance learning.

Course Fees

FREE for eligible learners

Eligible learners may be able to study their selected Level 3 qualification free of charge through London Talent Pathways funding.

Funding is subject to the relevant GLA and Adult Skills Fund eligibility and qualification requirements.
